چکیده مقاله
Study of 100 WWTP operators in Tehran examined links between blood group and productivity indicators (fatigue, concentration, performance). O+ (30%) and A+ (25%) were most common; B+ (4%) least. O− and O+ reported lower fatigue and higher concentration/performance; B+ and AB− showed opposite patterns. ANOVA showed significant group differences (p < 0.05). Tukey tests highlighted O− vs B+ (fatigue, concentration) and O+ vs AB− (performance). Regression controlling for age, gender, education, and experience identified O− as a predictor of lower fatigue (β = −0.28, p = 0.003) and higher concentration (β = +0.31, p = 0.001); O−/O+ predicted better performance (β = +0.26, p = 0.005). Education, shift type, and role also mattered: diploma/bachelor > master’s; rotating shifts > fixed; supervisors excelled despite more fatigue. Fatigue correlated negatively with concentration (r = −0.61) and performance (r = −0.52); concentration correlated positively with performance (r = +0.49). Biological and occupational factors jointly shape productivity.
